Investigating patterns of harm that undermine safety, fairness, and accountability

Investigating patterns of harm that undermine safety, fairness, and accountability.

We are a small, research-driven public-interest practice based in Colorado focused on uncovering systemic abuses that ordinary legal channels overlook.

Our work centers on recurring harms in:

  • Hospital billing, liens, and medical debt, where patients lose access to protections and benefits they should have received.

  • Working vehicles and illusory auto-insurance coverage, where vehicles used for work are insured on paper but excluded in practice, exposing the public to uninsured risks.

  • Shell companies and evasive corporate structures, where minimal regulatory safeguards enable entities to dodge accountability.

We are not a high-volume personal-injury firm — we focus on patterns, systems, and impact that can support class actions, representative litigation, and policy reform.

🔎 What we want from you:
If your experience reflects one of these systems — especially repeated hospital lien practices, denied coverage because a vehicle was “working,” or hard-to-trace companies — your facts may help expose systemic failure and protect others.
